Returns & Exchanges

At MyMed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MyMed account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
